We do our best to accommodate quick scheduling, and availability often opens within a few days. Same-week appointments may be available depending on demand and location.

Yes — our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Less than 24-hour notice may incur 50% charges. Frequent missed appointments may affect rates or time slots. We’ll try to accommodate changes, but availability outside your original booking isn’t guaranteed.

Invoices are due on the day the service is performed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments not received by the due date are considered past due. A late fee of $45 or 5% of the total (whichever is higher) applies 20 days after the service or invoice date. Accounts unpaid beyond this may be suspended and sent to collections, with the client responsible for any additional collection or legal fees.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if our cleaner cannot access your home, may incur up to a 50% fee. Payment is processed the day of cleaning.
